Installation information:

1. when choosing a screw type, you should ensure that screwed into the wooden keel length is greater than or equal to 15mm, for example:

When you install the 9.5mm single layer thick gypsum board should select at least 3.9x25

When the single-layer 12mm thick gypsum board is installed, you should at least choose 3.9x32

When installing two layers of 12mm thick gypsum board should select at least 3.9x41

2. recommend the use of electric tools are installed and equipped with "beauty-solid" brand screw head. Recommended speed of 2000~3000r/min.

3. for special rust-proof requirements of occasions, recommended the use of Super antirust coating specifications.

4. when the drywall is installed, from the middle to the edges of the plate fixing. Recommended installation spacing of screws:

Installation of light partition wall:

Is located in the middle of the gypsum board area, screw spacing should be less than 300mm;

When a zone is located in the gypsum board edges, screws spacing should be less than 200mm, and screws from the edge (long) 10-15mm, from the cutting edge (short edge) to 15-20mm is appropriate.

Install ceiling light:

Screw spacing should be less than 170mm, and edge distance to 10-15mm is appropriate.

5.1mm deep screw head should be buried, but the paper destroyed. Gypsum banpu nail has been completed, all the screw heads should be brushing paint, gypsum PuTTY for and block flat.
